CEO
After graduating from Waseda University in Japan, he worked in video production and arcade game development before serving as a planning manager for a service with millions of unique users at a publicly listed company. He subsequently held roles as Product Owner and COO at a venture company developing proprietary products. Leveraging overseas sales and development experience in Taiwan and Singapore, he co-founded Hornet Tech and BeeCom LLC in 2024, focusing on proprietary products and offshore development.
Musashi Kutsuna

With over 20 years of experience in app and web service development, he has held diverse roles from engineer to project manager. As a full-stack engineer, he has spearheaded the development of various products including NFT marketplaces, e-book services, and ERP systems. At a Prime-listed company, he was broadly responsible for everything from promoting PoCs for new ventures to team building and development management. Building on his development management experience in Singapore, he possesses particular expertise in establishing global development frameworks, especially for web services. Most recently, he has led projects focusing on operational efficiency and automation using AI, as well as new product design.
Naoto Yamamori
CFO
After graduating from Hosei University in Japan, passed the second stage of the Certified Public Accountant examination and gained experience in accounting audits at an audit firm. Handled accounting and finance for a foreign-affiliated pharmaceutical company and passed the third stage of the CPA examination in 1998. After studying in the United States, engaged in accounting consulting and other activities, establishing Yamamori Certified Public Accountant Office in 2003. In 2018, the firm reorganized as Chrome Tax Accountant Corporation. Since its initial establishment in April 2024, he has been responsible for the accounting operations of BeeCom LLC.

With over 10 years of experience in app and web service development, he has worked in various roles including engineer, planner, and producer. While running his own company, he also served as an executive officer at an IT subsidiary of a Prime-listed company. His responsibilities included proposing new business initiatives, project management, and overseeing business divisions. Most recently, he has led the development of large-scale IP games and system development projects.

As the representative of BeeTech Center Sdn. Bhd., our group’s development hub in Malaysia, she serves as the Malaysia Area Manager. Her responsibilities encompass back office operations, HR and personnel management, and employee management. With over 10 years of experience in management roles within IT companies, she contributes her knowledge and expertise in organizational operations, operational support, and process improvement. She ensures smooth development operations and fosters a supportive work environment in Malaysia.
